It's hammer time in the forge when four smiths have to makeknives out of 10 lb sledgehammers. After the blades are smashedand bashed during a brutal round of testing, the two survivingsmiths return to their home forges to recreate another iconicpounder - the Polish War Hammer. In the end, only one smithwill hammer out the competition to win ,000 and the titleof Forged in Fire Champion.
