Jeremy comes face to face with Planning Officers from WestOxfordshire District Council, to discuss his idea of turninghis Lambing Barn - now empty because his sheep are being lookedafter by another local farmer - into a restaurant. Red tape andJeremy don't mix (and it appears there's going to be reams ofit here) but he also has to bring the Chadlington locals onside. Famous for his diplomacy, Jeremy initiates OperationHearts & Minds, doing good deeds for the village andsponsoring the local football team. Farming jobs still have tohappen though, and soon Jeremy and his precious Lambo aredrilling crops in a foggy field with a telegraph pole slap bangin the middle of it. There can be only one winner.
